Rent is based on 30% of monthly, adjusted, gross income. Out of pocket medical expenses, in excess of 3% of AGI, and allowances are deducted in Rent Calculation. |

| Tri-County Elderly Nutrition Program is located in the heart of Moneka Court. This program promotes better health among older Americans through improved nutrition and nutrition education. Meals are also available for elderly persons who are homebound because of illness or disabilities. Another great service in our community is Red River Transportation, located at 160 Circle Drive. Public transportation can take you many places throughout our city and beyond. Residents are involved in making positive improvements to WHA through their participation in the Resident Advisory Council (RAC), which also plays weekly BINGO. WHA recently remodeled the Laundry facility and installed an above ground Storm Shelter. |
