Our Application is valid for all public housing properties operated by the Waurika Housing Authority in Waurika, Oklahoma.  To be qualified for admission to public housing an applicant must meet WHA criteria, which includes, but is not limited to, Citizenship Status, Annual Income, Credit and Criminal backgrounds.  Complete applications will be entered on a waiting list in the order received.  Applications must be returned, in person.  Applicants with disabilities may seek assistance with the completion of the application at the WHA office located at 811 Phillips Avenue, Waurika, Oklahoma  73573.  To receive an Application by mail, please complete the information below.
