The Waurika Housing Authority (WHA) is located at 811 Phillips Avenue, in Waurika, Oklahoma.  WHA has two developments.  Development OK79-1 - Moneka Court, was built in 1969 and has 61 units, comprising of 6 Efficiencies, 37 One bedroom units, 16 Two bedroom units, and 2 Three bedroom units.  Development OK79-2 - Chisholm Park, was built in 1983 and contains 22 Two bedroom units, 10 Three bedroom units, and 1 Four bedroom unit.

WHA has an Open Waiting list and accepts Applications for Admissions Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
